The Personal Characteristics Inventory® (PCI) helps employers efficiently and accurately determine whether a job candidate’s individual combination of personality traits is a good fit for a specific job. This big five test is based on the Five-Factor Model of personality. These big five personality test dimensions cover almost all possible variations of a person’s workplace personality.
